Meta Mobility is based in Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor. We arrange chauffeur transport in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and to or from KLIA. Outstation journeys in Malaysia are subject to route and vehicle availability.
Can I request a KLIA Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 airport transfer?
Yes. Share your terminal, flight number, arrival or departure date, pickup address, passenger count and luggage details when requesting a quotation.
What vehicle categories can I enquire about?
You can enquire about Sedan, MPV, Executive MPV, Van, Bus. Share your passenger count, luggage sizes and itinerary so we can recommend a suitable vehicle and confirm availability.
How are waiting time, tolls and additional stops charged?
Ask for these items to be specified in your quotation. Waiting allowances, tolls, parking, extra stops and overtime depend on the agreed service.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share the updated flight information with the team as soon as possible. Pickup changes and additional waiting are handled according to your confirmed booking terms and vehicle availability.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. An enquiry requests a quotation. Vehicle availability, price and booking confirmation are provided separately by the team.
Can you arrange hourly hire or corporate travel?
